Terms and Conditions for Airbnb and Rental Property Maintenance Plans
1. Service Overview
Avelino’s Lawn Care Services LLC provides monthly exterior maintenance services for Airbnb and short-term rental properties. Services may include, but are not limited to, lawn mowing, shrub trimming, snow removal, spring and fall clean-ups, and other customized exterior care options as outlined in the selected plan.
2. Service Plans
Clients may choose from Standard, Premium, or Personalized Plans. Each plan includes a specific set of services detailed on our website and in your service agreement. Personalized Plans are tailored according to individual property needs and client preferences.
3. Scheduling and Access
Services are scheduled in advance and may vary depending on season and weather conditions. Clients must ensure that our team has unobstructed access to all necessary areas of the property on service days. Inaccessible areas may be skipped and will not be refunded.
4. Payment Terms
All maintenance plans are billed monthly. Payments are due on the 1st of each month via Zelle, check, or other accepted methods. Late payments may result in a pause or cancellation of services.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice to cancel or change any scheduled service. Monthly plan cancellations require written notice 15 days before the next billing cycle. No partial month refunds are provided once services have started.
6. Property Condition and Damage
Avelino’s Lawn Care Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing property damage. Any new damage caused by our team will be reported immediately and resolved appropriately.
7. Seasonal Adjustments
Plans may include seasonal services (e.g., snow removal or fall clean-up). These services are provided during appropriate seasonal periods. In months with no snow or debris, no credits or price adjustments apply.
8. Holiday Lighting (if applicable)
This service is only available under Premium Plans and may include light installation, seasonal check-ins, and removal. Clients must approve design and installation scope in advance.
9. Liability
Clients agree that Avelino’s Lawn Care Services LLC is not liable for weather delays, natural disasters, or issues outside our control. We maintain appropriate insurance for staff and equipment used on client properties.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a maintenance plan, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Avelino’s Lawn Care Services LLC reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days’ notice.
