1. Scope of Services
Avelino’s Lawn Care Services LLC provides residential and commercial exterior maintenance including lawn mowing, shrub trimming, mulch installation, snow removal, clean-ups, garden bed maintenance, and seasonal services.

2. Service Scheduling
Services are scheduled according to client agreements and seasonal availability. Weather or unforeseen events may require adjustments. Clients will be notified in advance of any rescheduling.

3. Access and Property Readiness
Clients must ensure that all service areas are accessible at the time of service (e.g., gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles cleared). Missed or blocked access may result in skipped service with no refund.

4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is agreed upon in writing via estimates or contracts. Payments are due upon completion of service or as agreed. Accepted methods: Zelle, check, and approved digital platforms. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

5. Deposits and Materials
Certain jobs may require a deposit for materials. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased. Remaining balances are due upon job completion unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a service fee. No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of service.

7. Property Damage and Liability
We strive to deliver services with care and professionalism. Any damage caused directly by our team will be documented and resolved. Avelino’s Lawn Care Services is not liable for damage caused by hidden obstacles or pre-existing conditions.

8. Seasonal Considerations
Some services are seasonal (e.g., snow removal, leaf clean-up). Availability may vary. No adjustments or credits are applied due to lack of seasonal events (e.g., no snow).

9. Equipment Use and Safety
Clients should avoid interfering with equipment during service. Our team follows strict safety protocols. Please keep children and pets indoors while work is being performed.

10. Client Communication
Communication is key. We encourage all service changes, feedback, and questions to be communicated promptly via call, text, or email.

11. Legal and Insurance
Avelino’s Lawn Care Services LLC is a registered and insured business. Documentation available upon request.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring our services, the client agrees to these terms. We reserve the right to update this agreement with out notice.
